Life With Ambs offers live Zoom classes and on demand Yoga/Pilates videos to do in the comfort of your own home! A class suitable for all abilities whether you want to improve your balance, flexibility, gain strength, tone up, aid weight loss or just to un-wind and de-stress as you take some time for your own well-being.

ABOUT ME
My name is Amber Wimbledon I am A 25 year old profesional ice skater and qualified Yoga and Pilates instructor from Hertfordshire. I travel around the world performing in ice shows whilst taking you with me through Zoom to offer live and on demand classes! Yoga and Pilates has massively helped my flexibility and strength in my skating career and also a great asset to my mindset and wellbeing. During the pandemic I wanted to share this outlet with you guys, by offering weekly classes for consistency and a routine which is the most important thing to be able to improve whilst also keeping your mind focused and seeing friendly faces each week from around the world!

CLASS INFO, TIMES AND PRICES
FIRST CLASS OR VIDEO FREE!
All classes are live through Zoom and in UK time zone GMT (camera on or off entirely up to you) Each class is recorded so on demand videos can also be sent to do in your own time for the same price. Payment made via PayPal or bank transfer and the zoom links will be sent via email. You can pay as you go for each class (£5) or 3 classes in a week for £10. If you cannot make a live class it will be emailed over to you after.
BEGINNER YOGA
Monday’s 7-7.30pm
A great 30 minute class at a slower pace suitable for complete beginners wanting to be introduced to Yoga flows and poses. If you want to improve your flexibility or just unwind after a stressful day this class is for you. You will finish feeling relaxed and in a better mindset. £5 per class or part of the monthly £30 offer for all classes.
INTERMEDIATE YOGA
Thursdays 7-7:30pm
This popular class is focused on gaining flexibility with strength. The flows I teach include holding poses to gain flexibility along with engaging your core for control in the exercises. I offer a modification to either make the poses harder or easier depending on your ability so this class is great if you want to push yourself.
£5 per class or part of the monthly £30 offer for all classes.
PILATES WORKOUT
Saturdays 11-11:30am
If you want a low impact high heart rate workout then this class is for you! I use several exercises working on different muscles around the body which help to sculpt and tone your muscles whilst gaining strength and burning up to 200 calories in 30 minutes! These classes will leave you feeling a burn the next day a great start to the weekend! £5 per class or part of the monthly £30 offer for all classes.
